This page provides directions to the Salem Area Historical Society's Histroical Park, which contains the Jarvis-Stone School and the Dickerson Barn,  and to the Salem Township Hall.

From Ann Arbor:
Take M-14 to Gotfredson Road (Exit #15).  Left on Gotfredson to North Territorial Rd.  Left on North Territorial about 1 ½ miles.  School and Barn are on the Northwest corner of North Territorial Rd, and Curtis Rd.

From Dearborn, Westland, Livonia:
Take I-96 (Jeffries Freeway) West.  Follow signs that direct you to Ann Arbor.  Take M-14 West to Gotfredson Road (Exit # 15).  Right on Gotfredson to North Territorial Rd.  Left on North Territorial about 1 ½ miles.  School and Barn are on the Northwest corner of North Territorial Rd, and Curtis Rd.

From Farmington Hills, Birmingham, and Southfield: Take I-696 West to I-275 South to M-14.  Take M-14 West to Gotfredson Road (Exit # 15).  Right on Gotfredson to North Territorial Rd.  Left on North Territorial about 1 ½ miles.  School and Barn are on the Northwest corner of North Territorial Rd, and Curtis Rd.

From Brighton, Howell, and Flint:
Take US-23 South to North Territorial Rd.  Take North Territorial east approximately 9 miles.  School and Barn are on the Northwest corner of North Territorial Rd, and Curtis Rd.

From Metro Airport: Take I-94 West to I-275 North to M-14 West.  Follow signs that direct you to Ann Arbor.  Take M-14 West to Gotfredson Road (Exit #15).  Right on Gotfredson to North Territorial Rd.  Left on North Territorial about 1 ½ miles.  School and Barn are on the Northwest corner of North Territorial Rd, and Curtis Rd.

From Ann Arbor: Take M-14 to Ford Road (Exit #10).  Left on Ford Road  to Plymouth-Ann Arbor Rd.  Left onto Plymouth-Ann Arbor Rd. and drive about 1.2 miles.  Turn left onto Curtis Rd.    Turn Right onto 6 Mile Rd.  Township Hall is on the Right (1.5 mi).

Take US-23 South to I-96 E via Exit 60A on the Left toward Detroit.  Take Exit 153 toward Kent Lake Rd./South Lyon.  Turn Left onto Grand River Rd.  Turn Right onto Kent Lake Rd.  Turn Left onto Silver Lake Rd.  Turn Right onto Pontiac Trail.  Pontiac Trail becomes N. LaFayette Sa.  N LaFayette St becomes Poniac Trail.  Turn Left onto E 8 Mile Rd.  Turn Right onto Currie Rd.  Turn Left onto 6 Mile Rd.  Township Hall is on the Right (0.6 mi).
